About Us

One Heart Rivers Uniting Church is one church worshipping across two communities, with congregations in Alstonville and Ballina on the Far North Coast of New South Wales.

We believe church is more than a Sunday service. It's a community where people can belong, ask questions, find support, and discover the love of Christ together. Whether you've been part of church your whole life or you're simply curious, you're welcome here.

Our shared vision is simple:

That commitment shapes everything we do. We seek to be an intergenerational church where people of every age and background are valued. We care for one another through friendship, pastoral support, worship, prayer, and opportunities to grow in faith. Beyond our church walls, we work alongside local schools, community organisations, chaplaincy ministries, and volunteers to serve our neighbours in practical ways. We also believe caring for God's creation and using our buildings and resources wisely are part of our calling.

Although we meet in two locations, we are one church with one heart: following Jesus by welcoming people, serving our community, and sharing hope.
